Rusty provided a great service for us. We had contacted a couple other loan officers, including the company that currently held our mortgage, and their offer was nowhere near what Rusty was able to provide. In fact, because the terms were so good we decided to do a 2nd property with him as well, which also worked out great. His communication was really good, and even at times I felt I was being a bit of a "needy customer" I never got a sense of impatience out of him. Highly recommended!

Matthew of his team did a good job of looking out for my interests as a first-time home buyer. A different lending company was trying to sell us on an interest rate that was almost double what Matthew offered us, and they were also much less supportive of us during the extensive process of documenting assets, background and income that is required for an HSA loan.
