In moving to Denver from St Louis Dave did a great job on my mortgage financing and recently on a refinance. He was knowledgeable, personable and prompt and provided great rates. I will have him quote rates again on a mountain cabin purchase as I have had good experiences with Dave.

Working with Matthew was very easy; he noted all the documentation he needed up front so there was no "we need this and we need that" along the way. He also showed me a the different options I had for my mortgage, not just his word but actual offers. Matthew also was able to help a family member in another state that he is licensed in. It was her first home and a tricky finance; most didn't want to look at her, but Matthew got it done and she has been in that home for a year now...
