Doug was referred to me by a mutual friend and I’m lucky she referred me to him! Doug was great! I was a first time home buyer and he walked me thru the entire process making sure I knew exactly what was going on. Anytime I had questions he would call me immediately and go over everything. Dave and his team have been nothing but an asset to have on our side. The process of buying our home went so smoothly, with everything online and correspondence very timely. From the first conversation I had with Sean I was very much at ease I told him I had no clue what I was doing and he walk me to the process each and every step of the way very patient and always was quick to respond back to me even on the weekend. He made the transition as easy as possible for me and I truly appreciated that. It was as if he were doing this for a family member and not someone who was not a relative I find that very comforting.
