Matt did a great job helping me with a home purchase epic. It was an epic...I made a total of 11 offers with 3 acceptances (I rejected 2 due to HOA issues). The journey began in late February and ended with a purchase in August. I am sure that all mortgage transactions are unique. Some may be simpler than others. Ours was quite complex and if it were not for Sean, I'm positive we would not have made our timeline.
