Matt and his team can definitely pull some strings to get things done. They came in Half way through our original close date and we were set to close the same day and anticipated with another lender. It took them 20 days to conplete our loan process and get our house closed. They were a blessing for our family. I would recommend him time and time again.

This was a fast close! I called sean and he had a pre approval and offer letter written up w/out much notice from me and had our offer accepted w/in 24 hours. We closed on the house in 3 weeks! Realtors never saw this quick of a turn around.
