We tried refinancing with some less experienced lenders and had no luck. Matt has the experience and knowledge that we couldn't find in the past. Being a business owner with a 1099, it was difficult getting approved. Matt was able to put us into different options with our refinance, ultimately help us stop paying PMI, get a lower interest rate and increase our principal payment while reducing our monthly mortgage payment.
