Rusty has been in this business for a long time. He treats every client with the up most care and respect. His knowledge of the available loan programs is so strong he probably could recite them in his sleep. I really enjoy and respect the time, explaining, and holding hands through the whole deal. Buying a house is scary enough, but Rusty knows how to explain everything to you and what every step will be to make is a lot smoother! I would recommend Rusty time and time again!
