Fantastic facility. Very knowledgeable employees and everyone had a great attitude! They created a program for me to take home and continue to strengthen my back. Amazing!
Spooner PT North Phoenix is wonderful! Everyone is friendly and upbeat. There is just a "yes, you can" atmosphere to the whole place. Alix is an amazing PT who helped me so much. Nicole was constantly encouraging me on my work and Kevin jumped in and helped a couple times as well. I highly recommend Alix and this facility. I now have "graduated" but will certainly return should I encounter issues in the future.
Highly impressed with this place after my 1st visit. I had a thorough exam followed by exercises I can do at home as well as PT. Printed instructions and a app that shows my exercises with videos. Today is my 2nd visit and I've been doing my workouts every day! WILL get there
This therapy office has a great staff. The front desk people greet you promptly and are very friendly and knowledgeable. The therapists are spot on. They are able to evaluate and jump right into the treatment each client needs. I was astounded at how much progress I made in a very short amount of time. The therapists and their assistants keep a close eye on every aspect of treatment, and provide clear explanations of how to do the exercises at home. The professionalism and friendliness shows how much everyone has p... read more
I struggle with vertigo and it comes and goes at times. Today was one of those times. While I typically go to the Desert Ridge location, which is also wonderful, I was unable to see my therapist because he was out with his wife on paternity leave (congrats to them!). I called the North Phoenix location and Susan was so kind and got me right in with Carrie the director, who was wonderful. I can't thank them enough for taking care of me so professionally and quickly! Definitely recommend Spooner!
I really enjoyed my time at Spooner. I started with Joey, he was great and I really looked forward to the plan he laid out. Ultimately though I did switch due to another PT having openings at 730 am, early mornings are best for me. Ryan was great and included variety in my exercises which helped me to improve quickly. He did great work and I strongly encourage going to Spooner.
Front desk staff is awesome! They're very friendly and on top of their job. I only met with PT Jenna a couple times (I ended up transferring to a more convenient location) for pelvic floor therapy and she was great! Scheduling was a breeze and the text reminders that I opted in for were very helpful. Jenna put my "homework" online and emailed it to me so I was able to easily access exercises at home. I definitely recommend Spooners!!
I have been going to PT for 3 weeks and my mobility has had great improvement.
I have been going to Spooner for physical therapy after surgery, chemo and radiation. The entire staff is over the top AWESOME and I have continued to receive great care and make great progress. Thank you Julie, Hannah, Susan and Alicia!
