I have been going to PT for 3 weeks and my mobility has had great improvement.
I have been going to Spooner for physical therapy after surgery,chemo and radiation. The entire staff is over the top AWESOME and I have continued to receive great care and make great progress. Thank you Julie, Hannah, Susan and Alicia!
As women and men age, pelvic floor muscles atrophy without strengthening and endurance exercise/training. Before deciding on major surgery for a bladder, urethra or fecal incontinence surgery, make a physical therapy appointment for pelvic health with Jenna and/or Kat.
