Excellent experience overall! Appreciate Doug for welcoming me and walking me through their current specials and inventory. He was able to connect me with Xavier, one of their Customer Care Representatives. Xavier was great to work with and allowed me to test drive multiple vehicles, providing detailed information throughout. All of which allowed me to make an informed decision with respect to my vehicle of choice. Thanks again!

José Ramos was very helpful. His advise was so valuable regarding the CX-5. Also, he was patient and kept me informed on when my Carbon Ed. (red seats) would arrive. He was not pushy in trying to sell me another car I did not want, which had led me to walk away from two other dealers. I would definitely buy another car from him and will recommend José to other car buyers.

Very friendly and helpful staff. A video is sent to you explaining their recommendations and why (showing the car and what is needed). Then you talk with your advisor for your decision and pricing. The advisor is always helpful. Once done you are ready to go ensuring there will be no issues if you are going on a trip or just around town. I prefer going to them because they keep your car in tip shape.
