The staff is very kind and they are always pending to do a good customer service but the time waiting for the services is too long. For a oil change they took 3 hours this is insane.

Great and expeditious service! One hour prior to closing, JD took care of my problem immediately. He had my battery replaced and checked-out the charging system, on my Mazda 6, within one hour of my arrival. Great job JD! I'll see you next oil change.
