My recent experience at mazda dealer was good. there was just one minor problem but it was resolved by Beth Campbell.the car wash comes with maintenance. but the job was done so poor so I had called Beth and she took care of it.. she even arranged for them for my car to be picked up and delivered with proper wash. Beth went beyond her call of duty..
