Jay and the entire team are always professional, polite, and friendly. They keep you constantly abreast of everything, and document everything with video so that you know exactly what they are talking about. Today, my blind spot monitoring checked out ok on their tests, even though it clearly wasn't working. They took the time to take it on the road, so they knew I wasn't crazy, realized there is some fluke thing happening.
