I've owned German imports for nearly 20 years prior to switching to Mazda. I can say the Service Dept experience was FAR SUPERIOR to those I've experienced in the past. I received a video of the technician actually doing service work on my vehicle. I would recommend the Service Dept at Sport Mazda North without missing a beat. Jay and his colleagues went beyond expectations.

Really great group of folks here, they made it simple and painless to get approved. Everyone was professional, friendly and courteous. This was my first time doing business with this dealership. I don't live nearby and they made it worth the trip to get the car I wanted.
