My over all experience at Mazda North Longwood was superb, inviting, and professional. The location was convenient and their show room immaculately clean. Alex Stinvil worked with me getting my new Madaz PP CX 5 purchased with absolutely no hassle. Sport Mazda North has continuously provided me with the utmost possible service experience. I leased my car through them in 2021 and have been routinely bringing it to this location for service. Most recently I had an issue with my tire loosing pressure, and the service advisor taking care of me, Benjamin, stayed in frequent communication and provided updates as they figured out the issue. I've gone to them since they were "Big Mazda" when I bought my Miata back in 2017, and had those outdoor pull up service booths. Jay and the team remained on staff and have always been upfront and honest with me about everything I've needed done with the car since the beginning. If Jay left, I'd follow him wherever he moved to, because his customer service skills are on point every day.
