I had an issue with my Mazda 6 and came to Sport Mazda North. While we were there we also did some regular maintenance. Before we were done my wife and I were not at all happy with the end result. But we were able to speak to Dan Parker, the store manager. He was very sympathetic to our feelings and situation and decided to resolve the issue fully. I haven't bought a car in a long time. I was nervous to make the big purchase and scared to get ripped off. Kyle was great and the first car he showed me was the one I got, even after I drug him around the whole lot. It was busy but we didn't feel like we waited long for anything. David was our finance guy and he was easy going and clear with everything. It was easy to contact him after we left too. Very responsive team.

Best dealership I have ever bought a car from. Ryan Parker is an amazing professional and knowledgeable salesman, no hard sale tactics and very helpful. In fact the entire staff deserves a FIVE STAR rating. I have purchased two cars in the last 16 months, both were CX-30 models and they are great cars. When you enter the dealership you are met by one of the staff and every aspect of the showroom is clean and shows the pride and professionalism of the entire staff.
