I have been coming to this Mazda dealershipfor service since buying my Tribute in 2006 and am always happy with how professional everyone has been. Brian Celso was my service rep. and has been promoted so made sure that Jay took care of me. I like the texting updates and video of repairs. I am so happy they returned to washing the vehicles after repairs etc. as that is such a nice send off. We will look to get another Mazda from there and continuing with the great service. It DOES make a difference.

We took our CX9 in for service due to a noise coming from the undercarriage on Saturday morning. The problem was corrected, and the car was retuned to us just after 1 pm. We were pleased with the professionalism of the service dept. and the courtesy shown to us.

Buying this car was the easiest and most pleasant experience I’ve ever had. Christian is not only super knowledgeable but has a huge heart and really cares about the customer experience. Zee Saidi was very accommodating and professional while dealing with me when I chose to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I had drove 45 miles and arrived 2 hours later and was happily greeted by Zee when I got there with the car I had seen on line waiting for me to test drive it. Connor was very professional. The process of purchasing the vehicle was easy. Scott Wilhelm was also very courteous. Prior to visiting Sports Mazda my wife and I visited a few other dealerships and we walked away due to the pressure that is usually encountered in dealerships however, Connor and Scott were able to make a great offer without the pressure. I would highly recommend Sport Mazda to anyone looking for a vehicle.
