Ernest was amazing! My fiancé and I had an excellent experience with him. We got to the dealership a little early and he walked right up to us willing to help us even though they didn’t open for 45 minutes. He made sure that we knew exactly what we were getting when test driving the car and helped us along the way in finding the perfect CX-5 for us. The service team was prompt in getting my appointment set up and I had a minimum wait time to hand over the vehicle for service. Good job done on the cleaning and value add services offered at the time of service which included interior deep cleaning and exterior touch up. I am satisfied with the service.

My overall experience was great! I had never driven a Mazda before or set foot in one of the dealerships and was happily pleased. The moment you walk into the dealership service department, its a great experience. Very friendly advisers who know there business and go out of there way to assist you. I don't need to bring my 2017 CX-5 to the dealer for service my warranty period has ended, but I do travel the extra miles because of service I get at Sports Mazda North. I brought my 2020 cx5 in for service and came home with a 2020 mx5 anniversary car. I had a dream the night before about an mx5 white color with a cherry top. There it was when I pulled into service. Sounds crazy. But everyone at sports Mazda go out of there way to make a good deal for there customers.
