We were looking to upgrade my vehicle and went in to Sport Mazda North just to look around. We didn't want to be harassed we just wanted to look around and that is exactly what we did. We were asked once if we needed any help and then we were left alone. This indicated to us that we were in the right dealership and allowed us to feel comfortable enough to seek out a Salesman to ask questions. We met Igor. He was very informative and polite. He never pushed us and was always trying to make sure we were comfortable and informe... read more
Jorrell was very helpful. He was an expert on every feature the car offered and really helped in finalizing my decision. Great experience with him!
The best people I have ever dealt with at any dealership. They are all so helpful and friendly. I would suggest the dealership to anyone thats wants to buy a vehicle.
Everyone was so helpful ! Specially Mand and Mark 👏🏽 Thank you for being patient and making it happen. This is the second car I purchase at sport Mazda north and everything went smoothly, no tricks just serious and professional people.
Jorell was amazing! I’ll buy my next car from him. I had 7 cars from a different brand and so far I’m glad I changed to Mazda! I was treated nicer buying my first car from Jorell!
Help from the stuff as usual was excellent. We are in our 4th Mazda very happy so far. Mand was incredibly helpful kmowlegable and nice
Jorell was amazing. From the first email and text to the back and forth he did with me over the weekend, he was awesome! Even after normal business hours he took the time to respond to me. When we arrived to test drive the car selected he had it ready to go. Then when decided we wanted to test drive others he was on it in a minute, plus he had already informed his manager amd finance manager, who were also amazing, so they could prepare figures on the 2nd car we were test driving. Then he also went above and beyond and provi... read more
Jorell did a great job placing me in the perfect car. I’m very impressed that the dealership gave me this car without needing my father to co-sign for anything and still give me a monthly rate that was less than I ever expected. Jorell also sold my mom on the idea that she should upgrade her Nissan to a Mazda and explained why Mazda is the best brand to go with. The craftsmanship of these cars sell themselves. I have no complaints at all.
Working with Ashley was a breeze, she was extremely friendly and answered all of my questions, and was tremendous help for myself and my friend.
