Ashley and her team were amazing! Ashley was very down to earth, kind and knowledgeable. Felt like I was with family while making my purchase. She made sure to take note of everything I was looking for and made it happen like magic! Very smooth transaction from when I walked in the door and out with a brand new car! Came on a Saturday so it was busy and spent about 4 hours there. But besides that, the whole experience was great. Did the negotiating via phone and text before we went, so the time at the dealer was easy and low pressure.

Always a good experience. Was the 2nd lease of a Mazda CX-5. Jorell was the salesperson and Bud in finance handled the paperwork. Will definitely be back when ready for our next lease. Noticed there was no washer fluid in the reservoir and questioned whether there was a leak. Brian (who has been there for many, many years and previously was a service writer when we use to take the old 2005 Mazda Tribute in for service) ) is now the Service Dept. Asst. Manager. We went to go buy my son his first car. The salesman, Jeremy, was absolutely wonderful. He worked hard to find the perfect vehicle for us. He was so patient and helped us stay in budget. He never tried any high-pressure sales tactics like we had encountered at other dealerships. Sport Mazda North assisted us with obtaining financing and a warranty for the powertrain. Byron was great. Unfortunately my last favorite service advisor moved so this was my first time with him, but he was kind and honest. I appreciated the free loaner car as well so that I wasn’t stuck waiting on repairs.
