Ive had my 2014 Mazda 3 for a few months now and I have been happy with it. Ashley and Nate were friendly and incredibly helpful in finding the right car for me, this was my first time buying a car and they were clear guiding me through the process and when I had questions they were happy to break it down. I took my car in for my first service this week and the service process was easy and I received a video from the shop highlighting different things they noted in my car.

Renee was my service representative, she was already there when I got there. She came out and explained everything in detail as soon as the tech told her what the problem was, including how much the bill would be. She got me a courtesy ride home and I waited for her call to return. Everything went smoothly, absolutely no problems.

Jeremy is outstanding. He reached out with a video introducing himself and welcomed us to visit, even offered to have the car ready for us to test drive. We were greeted promptly and he was very accommodating and patient with us. I was given more than enough time to choose my car as he reviewed all of the options available with every model I inquired about. The entire process was painless due to Jeremys help, thanks Jeremy and I will send family and friends your way to purchase their next car.

Couldn’t be more pleased with Jeremy R. and Sport Mazda North. He was patient and very knowledgeable about the product line.
