Not Worth It At All. Living at Spring Creek of Edmond has been kind of a mixed experience. The complex is pretty quiet, which is nice, but it’s way overpriced for what you get. The gym is tiny and doesn’t have much equipment, and maintenance is super slow to fix things. They also sometimes come into your apartment without much notice, which is kind of annoying. garbage At first, I thought this property was pretty good. But from spraying over, mold in the shower with paint two, leaving drywall, chipping and falling down, completely unresponsive, and do not care for the good tenants. No wonder people come and go in droves. My lease ends in April and I will be glad to be rid of this place. Not to mention that they seem to have a problem with the American flag being flown on the balcony that is well-kept. What the other guy said.. RUN We moved in almost a month ago. Since then we have had problems with our toilet getting clogged (to the point where a plunger or toilet auger won’t work) very easily. We have had to call emergency maintenance to come out to fix it about every 3 days since we moved in. They said they’d have a plumber come out to permanently fix it but no sight of them. RUN Absolutely terrible, I would avoid this place at all costs. Extremely overpriced for what you get. Have had a window that was so damaged that it would rain on us in the living room, leaking all over our couch. Bathroom flooded from the people above & it was never fully fixed so there is now black mold growing. They allow people to smoke inside & there are issues going on where our entire apartment smells like a bar constantly. The second hand smoke has literally turned rags in our apartment yellow. I asked about... (Verified Renter) I asked about sending a letter to pet owners saying to please clean up after themselves, hasn't been done. I asked about adding more lights to the apartment complex to make it a little bit safer at night time, hasn't been done.

I wouldn't recommend... (Verified Renter) I wouldn't recommend for the reasons of security in the parking lot as my vehicle has been broken into on three occasions and my gas has been siphoned out of mine as well as my girlfriends vehicles on multiple occasions and the office staff has been notified of these occurrences with no changes taking place. I would not... (Verified Renter) I would not recommend to older tenants or working tenants. Cars driving fast in parking areas and have extremely loud music at all hours when there are signs posted but rules are not followed.
