I did not... (Verified Renter) I did not like that both the upstairs and downstairs units had stairs. I wanted a "real" downstairs unit.

I do believe... (Verified Renter) I do believe they need better security on nights and weekends . Many times I noticed some suspicious activity or people who did not live at the apartments jumping the fence and using the pool after hours. I understand that’s hard to accommodate but I believe it would help keep unwanted traffic to a minimum.
Very disappointed I know reviews are just written personal exsperiences so take this as you wish but I feel there is a real need for my story. I moved in this apartment complex back in March of 2017. The interior was nice and remodeled with new carpets. All was fine until I realized a strong ammonia smoke stench that was there when I moved in and in fact would get worse during certain times of day. The only issue... (Verified Renter) The only issue was the dog feces everywhere and rude residents that didn't clean up after their pets (I have 2 dogs myself).
