Excellent customer service!! The technician called about 15-20 mins prior to arrival. Once here, asked questions, then diagnosed the issue within 10 mins, maybe less. Afterwards, the technician was helpful with providing additional information on maintaining the AC unit, along with things to look for which may be causing issues. Lastly, he answered questions I had about attic fans and ductwork, providing the pros and cons of each situation I presented. I was blessed with a great young man who knew exactly what my problem was. Within a few minutes of his arrival, he got us a new water heater. He also was able to get us the best deal available and a military discount. We received a 10 year warranty that included parts and labor. Thank you 5 Star!

The service personnel were very nice. They had to come back the next day because a wire was not secured enough. But were out quickly to fix it. We would definitely recommend this company.
