Professional installation. Polite installers who made sure the equipment operated correctly and we knew how to use it before they left. They were careful with our home and considerate. Springboro Heating & Cooling was so wonderful to work with! I knew I needed a new furnace (mine was over 20 years old) and they walked me through my options and installation was a breeze. Their team is top-notch!!!

Chad came out after I called him after midnight as our heat had continued to rise and was registering 95. He came immediately and went down to check out what happened and correct it. He fixed the problem set the thermostat to 70 fan on so it would start cooling off the rooms. Then he checked the other vents before leaving and was so nice about coming out at that hour.
