The apartment was great, loved the trees and little creek behind me that I could see from my balcony! When new management took over last year they changed a lot of rules but did not inform tenants of these changes, so that was very frustrating. But overall a great place to live.

The apartment manager at springbrook ridge apartments is the best! I really needed a place to live and had been applying for apartments all around town with no luck, until I came across these apartments. Elizabeth (apartment manager) is professional, understanding and kind. She worked extremely hard to get my application approved and moved me in within a week of starting the screening process. We worked with Elizabeth from getting our lease signed to getting our keys and she has been awesome every step of the way. Incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful. The apartment grounds are well kept and our new place was very clean on move in, almost like it had never been lived in! We’re so happy with our decision to make Springbrook Ridge our home.

I have had bad experiences in. Newberg. But. I till I only lived in here for a short time. But it feel so right and every one I see or pass walking there dogs like I do. Every one is very happy. Friend. And the manager. Always are right there ti help or fix and answer any questions u may. Have. Elizabeth the ass.manger. Really goes the extra mile to help.
