Would stay again Room was pretty nice things were pretty modern only issue was AC wasn’t cooling the room enough like it should

Staff was friendly and courtious. Breakfast buffet is delicious and has a great selection. For being a newer hotel the bathroom tile grout is very dirty. The headboard surround in our room was broken and being held together with tape.
Staff was friendly. They did not straighten our room or replace drinking cups for our second day
Great Property Nice property. Good location to freeway. Very good service at check in. Room was very nice and comfortable! Good breakfast.
Room was a little warm, and we could not adjust the temperature. We could open the window, but freeway sounds were too loud. Otherwise we had a very good experience. Sraff was friendly. Breakfast was great.
The counter person, her name was unique. She was extremely helpful in helping me get onto a computer with a secure server. I didn't even have a reservation at the time. Once on I was able to make a booking at the hotel. Other hotels in the area refused to let me use their computers. Without her customer care, I wouldn't have stayed at Springhill suites.
