Great hotel for the price Requested early check in and they were very accommodating. Room was clean but the faucet in the bathroom was broken. Getting in snd out of the parking lot can be challenging, especially if you’re headed east on Bullard. Overall a good hotel and I would stay again.

Good for last minute It was a last minute reservation so the hotel only had a few rooms. The bathroom floor was a little dirty and the faucet in the bathroom sprayed water at a very high pressure so the water splashed all over. Mentioned it to the from desk and they were going to fix it.

Great stay Great quick stop on our family road trip. Hotel is nice and clean, staff is friendly and location is quiet other than the occasional construction in the morning as the area is being developed. Room is clean, breakfast offerings are available despite COVID. And easy access to the highway and nearby shops if needed. Would stay again even for a quick trip to Phoenix.

Staff needs training They kept checking us in and out of the hotel and used the excuse that it was due to the third party booking system. That makes no sense since we booked the first three nights in advance. I was awakened by their call to come downstairs and resign in because they checked us out! I think it was incompetency on their part. The hotel is new and beautiful. Breakfast was fresh and tasted great. The staff talked to us like we should be thankful they were waiting on us.
