Verified Renter I like that I am not bothered by management unless absolutely necessary; privacy is respected. There is a constant presence of maintenence that lets me know they are active in keeping up with requests and keeping an eye out for any disturbances.

I have never... (Verified Renter) I have never had an issue at all. I emailed about the garbage disposal and the kitchen sink leak . Maintenance was over in less than two hours ! He reset the disposal said he would return Monday to fix the sink . And he did! He even replaced the board under the sink which was moldy . Awesome job
As soon as... (Verified Renter) As soon as I walked into the front office, I was greeted with smiles and kindness. The staff was very friendly, and answered every question I had. After showing me the apartments, it instantly felt like home. The apartments are absolutely beautiful and such an amazing price for what you get.

The maintenence man... (Verified Renter) The maintenence man not only fixed what I asked him to, he also noticed my filter needed to be changed and went the extra mile to go get me a new one and replace that too. I love these apartments and they have honestly made everything a smooth transition for me!
Environment is nice,... (Verified Renter) Environment is nice, bus stop is perfect for students, and the office staff is friendly. Although the gym never got used because some of the equipment did not work, and your not able to walk on the grass without stepping on dog poop, but that I understand is due to other negligent tenants.
