New Management has improved living here I have lived here for close to 3 years. We just got a new management team that is pretty awesome. Have had next to no issues living here. This location is next to 2 bus stops for Texas State which is super convenient, parking is never an issue as there are always open spots, even during move in times. Springmarc Springmarc is a nice apartment for the area. Reasonably priced with a modern feel. Pros: Good Washer dryer Pet friendly Good ac Good electrical outlet access Community feels friendly Friendly front office staff Reasonable rent Cons: One pool small size, but it is beautiful with a waterfall Only two dumpsters for trash for each half of the complex, sometimes overflows and depending on where you are expect to walk a bit to reach it. Worst in San Marcos Words can't express how horrible the office staff are. All they care about is fees fees fees. They love to fine you on anything and everything. They are not understand nor reasonable people. If I could break my lease with out putting up my first child I would have left this trash pit!
Worst management I've ever had the misfortune to encounter I moved into these apartments less than two weeks ago and I've received misinformation from the office staff that has ended up costing me quite a lot of money--twice. And then, when I went in to discuss these errors, the staff was incredibly rude. 0/10 in terms of office staff, would no recommend. The apartments are pretty, though, and maintenance has been prompt. The management is really a deal-breaker, though.
Not Luxury. 1 Horrible new office staff. I heard them 2 Weight room is inefficient and not maintained. Worse of all new (0-5 yrs) properties I've seen in town. Broken machines, very small and one machine is held together by just a magnet. Heathy? Live somewhere else. 3. Old Management Was Better New management is rude, trash overflows in dumpster, they haven't fixed the compactor, walls are paper thin, and they love fines. The price and size are good, but the location is terrible and the WW bus route is terrible too.
