I am the guardian for my sister. My sister was moved from another facility, which did not serve her, to Springs Ranch in [date removed]. [name removed] at Springs was instrumental in completing this swiftly and keeping me informed with every step. Since then, the directors and staff have been very helpful in contacting me by phone about her progress. Both my mother and father are living at Springs Ranch Memory Care. We are so grateful for the leadership and staff at this facility. They are very experienced and on top of things 24-7. They call us regularly when anything happens that involves either parent and they make sure both our parents are treated with dignity and care. I just transferred my Dad here this week. They offer a variety of options to fit your loved-one’s needs and go into great depth in explaining the processes. In my Dad’s situation, the upset to his life came about very quickly and unexpectedly. Since I am not able to care for him in my home during his recovery process, a Memory Care facility was necessary. I have a few specific complaints: Food is pretty terrible. His room and bathroom are never clean when I visit. They keep losing his stuff. But otherwise my family member is well taken care of. It's a good place overall.

We had a great tour with Springs Ranch. It was an absolutely beautiful facility and was actually less expensive than the one we ended up going with. The reason we did not move forward with this facility was because we were looking for a place that specialized specifically in memory care and that was not the case here. The location was also too far from our house.
I would tell others that the administration lacks overall. I believe the community is short staffed as a whole, in combination of the pandemic made things a bit tricky. We are still waiting on a refund after nearly 2 months. It would have been nice to have condolences from the administration as well to the family, after our loved one's passing. They will care for residence while bedridden but that's about it. If you need more medical care this would not be the place. I would recommend this community if the medical need is low and you can afford it.
My brother has been living at Springs Ranch for two months now. We are more than pleased with his care and feel the staff has more than met our expectations. They are kind, compassionate, and give the residents the best care they can provide everyday. My brother is happy there!
