They will care for residence while bedridden but that's about it. If you need more medical care this would not be the place. I would recommend this community if the medical need is low and you can afford it.
My brother has been living at Springs Ranch for two months now. We are more than pleased with his care and feel the staff has more than met our expectations. They are kind, compassionate, and give the residents the best care they can provide everyday. My brother is happy there!

After 3.5 months, we know more about the day-to-day operations. Our impression thus far is basically good with several exceptions. Most staff in all departments are warm and friendly. The facility is very nice. Generally, the food appears appetizing and is always plentiful.. The bathroom area in my mom shared bedroom frequently looks dirty, with smeared feces on the toilet etc. Many of my mom‘s clothing have disappeared and has never been returned . The high turnover can only mean one thing. Poor upper management. Staff seems to fake niceness and caring attitude. Don't be fooled by fake caring staff. The staff isn't very concerned about all patients.
