I appreciate Anthony ( the super) communication. Whenever he does a request for me and I am home, he always gives me little tips to help to make my living situation easier. He taught me some great ways to care for my appliances. He recommended different cleaning products to help with cleaning my bathroom because I was so afraid of using something harsh when I have dogs. Anthony is such a wonderful crew member. If you see this Anthony, thank you for making my stay easier

As usual I have no complaints about the maintenance staff! Anthony came and "got the job done!" Always courteous, patient and very pleasant as all the guys are! Thank you again for all they do! Now if we can get rid of the "green" I'd be very happy!😊

Problem was fixed with no additional need for them to come back & finish. He was very professional & able to take of request Anytime I talk to Our maintenance crew they are extremely nice & kind. Being on my own for first time & having no one to rely on, I’m getting comfortable being by myself….. I love that I chose Spruce Pond. My sister lived here back in 2001-2005. She loved it & our kids always had enjoyed it here. with them helping fix things or answering a quest I might have. quickly…. Thank you so much!
