Tom and Malinda are wonderful. They are very kind and they are willing to help. My family has lived at Spruce Pond for 19 years. When there is an issue, they help asap.

I recently moved into Spruce Pond and am so glad I did. In the leasing office Melinda helped my husband and I find our apartment and I must say she went above and beyond to help us. Melinda made the process every step of the way as smooth as possible and made it so easy to stay in contact with her if there were any issues. We are so happy with our choice to move into Spruce Pond and for anyone else that is interested definitely ask for Melinda.

I recently moved into Heatherwood at Spruce Pond and have nothing but good things to say.. I worked with Melinda and Tom in the leasing office and they went above and beyond to ensure my move in was as smooth and stress free as possible! They are very friendly and helpful. I had additional requirements needed to move in and they helped me through that difficult process. I lived in spruce pond for a majority of my life and they never disappointed me. The maintenance is great and Anthony is always helpful. As well as Melinda and Tom helping me find the perfect apartment for my girlfriend and I. I truly am always happy with everything they do for me.

Cindy at the leasing office helped me set up my resident portal with no issues, I don’t use computers at all and she made my experience so easy and with no stress, such a lovely and very well spoken lady. Tiffany at the main office was also helpful and very patient.
