Brad showed up 15 minutes early and was very courteous and professional and got to work immediately inspecting my HVAC system. He made suggestions for maintenance and improvements upon my Heating and Air Conditioning and added an Advanced environmental air treatment system. I have used S&S for 2 years now for my rental properties in St George as well as my residence. They are excellent in every way. They are very responsive, very skilled and will recommend things to do to extend the life of especially your air conditioning systems which don't cost a lot but actually perhaps may hurt their maintenance hours over the long term. I have been using S&S Mechanical for many years for both rental property and my residence. They have done everything from standard maintenance to installing a new HVAC on the roof of a rental property. Most recently they were at my residence to perform regular maintenance as the cooler weather approaches. The tech was very professional and thorough. I met with Nate, the residential salesperson on Saturday, my new Trane unit was installed by Monday afternoon. They were fast, efficient, and friendly and my house feels better.
If i could give them 0 stars that would be more appropriate. S&S was the original installer of the furnace in our new home. The furnace was installed so badly it led to premature mechanical failure. We had to spend over $4K to make the necessary corrections. Really poor work! I would not recommend them.

I hired S&S Mechanical to install a Kohler 26 KW Generator at our house in Nevada as they were about the only certified Kohler Dealer within a 50 mile radius of our same retirement community. We had a leak under our sink and called to have them repair it. Since it was going into the weekend we were willing to pay the extra weekend fee, so that we could have this issue resolved. They came Saturday and claimed they had fixed it. Shortly after he left it began leaking all over again. They called Monday to have us pay the $185 for the repair. We explained that he didn't even fix it. He said we still had to pay. Which is ridiculous given we are paying extra for the weekend rate and it wasn't even fixed that weekend. W... read more
I had a Routine inspection and chose some preventative measures. My bill was over $2800. I screwed up not doing my homework and just trusted their process...that's on me. Don't make the same mistake and pay more than you need to for a job.
I regretted Hiring S & S Mechanical from the beginning. I hired S&S Mechanical to replace the air conditioner and blower motor in July 2016. A crew came in early in the morning to install the condenser and coils. The technician that was supposed to finish the job in the afternoon never showed.
