My A/C started having issues over the holiday weekend & I reached out to S S and got promptly scheduled. The day of appointment I got a text that the technician was on his way with a photo of employee & a little background about him. The technician: Chad Abbot arrived right on time - was friendly & very thorough, communicated services & reviewed quotes on site & fixed my problems same day. I had a fantastic experience & will definitely use this service again.
S&S Mechanical sent a well qualified plumber out to my home which is 50 miles away, the very next day after I called them. This was very much appreciated, as I have been taking cold showers for far too long. For a long time I have had a problem with my tankless water heater shutting off after running a few minutes. Cody and his guys that came to install the HVAC system were great, very respectful, kind and professional. Did a great job and we are very pleased with the outcome! They were recommended by 2 of our neighbor's now I know why! Also, Logan who came out to give us a quote was thorough and we felt comfortable about moving forward with the big purchase. Also everyone I talked to on the phone were good too, just overall good people!
