Melanie, Mgr. at Northside branch was OUTSTANDING in helping me to open up two CDs all on-line. She took care of all of the paperwork in a very timely manner. The bank staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I have had the pleasure of interacting with Melanie so far. I am also one of the first few enrolling through a new process. There were a few typical kinks, which is expected, but nothing that wasn’t fixed as quickly as possible. I am very pleased with my experience thus far and would recommend SSB to any friends or family.
