Sean was so supportive at the initial meeting and followed through to assure the correct cover was ordered. I was fortunate enough to speak with Nancy and Elizabeth during the process and both were always helpful and assured my questions were answered. RecommendedDue to the age of our inground pool the liner is failing. I contacted St Cyr and they were very helpful. They informed me that due to the age of the liner I would need a replacement. The other day the gentleman came to take the measurements required and explains the process. He was very knowledgeable and gave me the timeline to complete the job.
