Our family had a dreadful experience with Stacia Timbrook. I encourage others to please be careful when working with this loan officer. She is very dishonest, modifies fees without your knowledge or consent and uses delay tactics to charge rate lock extension fees.
Consumers, do not make the same mistake we did! My son applied for a USDA Rural guaranteed Loan thru Guaranteed Rate Mortgage in Missoula, MT. Stacia Timbrook is his loan officer. She has modified his loan application without his knowledge or consent on numerous occasions. She has misled him on fees and has been using delay tactics to extend the underwriting process in an attempt to get additional rate lock extension fees.
