Pedro Barajas was really helpful and made sure everything was done in a timely manner. My car had an oil change, tire rotation, and was washed in less than 2 hours.
Since Melissa Evans took over the position of Service Manager, the service has been even better than it was. I had great experience with Pete, Alex and Guillermo. For my last two visits, the service adviser was the lovely Renae Castro. She could not be nicer, professional and of course knowledgeable! I'll be back in 3 months for my next maintenance!
Came in for first oil change. Had an appointment, it took 1 1/2 hours, which is what they said. The waiting ara was clean and stocked with coffe, very nice.
I got great service when I brought my car in for maintenance. Rene was great assisting what I needed. She’s was has great customer service.

I bought my 2014 Murano at Stadium Nissan and have all my service needs performed there. I've always found the staff to be friendly and professional. Today was no exception. I had made an appointment ahead of time and went over the 50,000 mile service with Alex Rosales when I arrived. I had my Leaf in for the annual service. Peter Barajas was great. He made sure that I got the best discount and kept me informed throughout the day. I love the car and it is running great, so I can't complain. If there was one thing to improve on I would like to have had better communication on the condition of the car. I received the Quality Inspection report which is a great idea.
