They always have done a good job If you wanted to improve the service you could offer car washes on the weekend instead of just during the week.
The horn on my 2006 Maxima wasn't working. Stadium Nissan was able to order the part for me and get it overnighted to fit my own personal tight deadline. I really appreciated that.
It was a good experience overall and they even washed my car. The waiting time was a little too long but the service in my opinion is good.
Quick response when we arrived, work order written up quickly. Got a call back later in the evening when the car was ready. Picked up the next morning with the usual quick service. Thank you.

I had the pleasure of working with Patrick Curnyn. He was upfront and honest with us with the pricing and availability of the car that I wanted. I compared his price with Cerritos Nissan dealership which wasted my time and my husband's time ,claiming that they had the car that I wanted but, in fact, they did not. I am in your data base so I do get calls frequently about service specials. I took advantage of the oil change special, which was excellent that I received an oil change for $20 and a really good car wash which I did not expect. So, thank you for that. I know the reason for the specials is to generate service business. But when I mentioned that my electric sun/moon roof was not performing adequately I was informed that there would be a $120 diagnostic fee. Overall a very good experience, amenities, politeness of staff, wait time, had food and wi-fi. Bathrooms and lobby were clean. There was also a television with shows and sports so we could watch while we waited.
