It went very well. The only thing I did not get and needed was a written estimate. I still need one prior to doing the work. Provide a verbal estimate on the work I needed done.

They started from here, and they continued to grow. They were here for 2 days, and with a 7 member crew. They did a whole lot, and we paid a whole lot. They did 41ft of drain tile. They were as near to perfect as I could have hoped for including having the best price and being on time. Removed and replaced faulty drain tile.

I really appreciated the recommendations that he gave because he said we didn't need the service. He also recommended someone else come in to do the water proofing. Their responsiveness and punctuality was excellent. We used Standard Water and Control System. He looked at what was out there and he said it wasn't appropriate that we put in a floor drain and sump pump, we weren't getting enough water in to make it worth while.

After thoroughly inspecting my basement and asking me about how long I had been in the house and how long it had been since the walls and floors had been painted (20 years or more), he told me that my walls were in excellent condition especially given the length of time since they had been painted by the previous owners. He recommended removal of any loose paint and repainting using DryLock paint.
