Everything with this project went very well. The person that did the quote was knowledgeableand helpful. The scheduling was precise and the work was done on-time. The crew was greatand very informative about what was going to happen each day and when it was going to happen. We had drain tile laid around the entire foundation and a sump pump installed. They are going to work at the end of the month. They gave me a $300 discount because I’m going to have it done during the month and I gave a downpayment of $550. They were recommended to me by someone else. They were very professional, friendly, and prompt. He gave me all minds of information on what they’re going to do, how they’re going to do it, and how it it’s going to take. I got a quote from Standard Water Control Systems for basement waterproofing services.

It was quite a while ago, but the best recommendation is that I want to call them today to get them to come out again to check our battery back-up .

The drain tile we installed still has the same lifetime warranty in effect as the day we installed it. We do recommend that we come out and check your pump and backup pump system when it's convenient for you. Please call our office to make arrangements. Very professional and easy to work with. Provided the most comprehensive bid (compared to two other companies) and lots of information on how the system will be installed (even a CD with information). Ended up being slightly more expensive than the company I chose to do the project. I would have been responsible to prep the basement before the project, including removing the kitchen counter, cabinets, dishwasher, and sink. I contacted Standard for a bid on a project. Randy called back within a couple of hours...the first person to call back of five requests I'd sent out. He asked a few questions about our needs and advised that his services would not be the best route. After gutting and renovating a 5000 sq ft home I know that not all contractors operate with such honesty and integrity. We did not go with Standard for this project but should we need such services in the future they will be our first call. Foundation repair on garage
. Standard's crew encapsulated the open dirt crawl space and installed a sub-floor vent system. All works great and the craftsmanship is wonderful. They patiently walked me through options during the sales process and let me specify which parts of the work I would do and which they would do.

They showed up on time, actually early, but called to make sure that was going to be alright. Made sure we understood the service they were going to be providing, took measurements and walked us through the whole process and gave us an estimate of how much it would cost to fix our foundation. It sounded like a great plan but wasmuch more than what we wanted to spend.
