We have lived in our house for four years. We have had water in the basement only two times, but we are in the process of finishing the basement and wanted to alleviate any future water problems. , I called needing a repair of the pump in the system in our basement in which they were not the ones who installed the system. I talked to the owner and he was eagar to do business and help with the problem He had a guy here in aprox. 1 hour got it fixed and was done in aprox 45 min. With all the rain we have had and will have It was important to fix it quick thank you Barbara Carlson

We were happy to find a company that had done this kind of thing before and knew what they were doing. The work was done on two different days: one day to build the wall and let it dry; another day to fill the space with sand. They simply cut through the concrete step which sat above the well room; filled the well room and then poured new concrete to repair the step. They sealed off our unused well room by building a concrete block wall. Then they filled the space from above with sand to prevent the walls from ever caving in... read more

Over time I was having water in my basement that was coming through the block foundation walls. It caused damage to my drywall and carpet. I did the tear out myself but wanted to make sure I would not get further water damage going forward. I got two estimates for the same scope of work. This was a highly professional job: The entire process went amazingly well! Not only was the company here promptly whenever scheduled, but the installation of both systems were completely installed within one day, with day #2 for remaining clean-up and laying of concrete... Very well. The team showed up in a couple of vehicles and were ready to get to work and get it done and do it correctly (my assumption). My basement is unfinished, so it was a bit easier to manuever things. They took care of disconnecting my laundry tub, washer and dryer and moved them to the center of the room so that they could get to the areas that they needed to. The team was very professional and courteous. They were nice enough to put up plastic tarps on the entryway to our kitchen to avoid debris and dust from the work being performed from going into the kitchen. My only complaint about this point was that tacks were used to hold up the tarp and were pushed into the plaster, leaving small holes in the wall after the job was complete.
