They installed two thru the wall units promptly and technicians were very professional. Also very neat and polite. Their customer service is excellent. My new units work well and keep the living area, which is large, cool.
Exceptional service from start to finish - the team is incredibly knowledgable and was able to help us replace our old HVAC units and connection system in our pre-war apartment. They communicated each step of the way and were very respectful whenever entering our home. 5 stars all around!
This company created the most horrifying experience I have ever had with an air conditioning repair service ever in my life. Repairmen arrived, took apart my air conditioner, left the soot covered parts all over my room, said it was unrepairable, and then claimed I had said things I didn't say. They moved heavy furniture into places that blocked entrances and created fire hazards and left without putting anything back in place. They came a week ago to see the job, spent 20 minutes surveying my HVAC then told me owner will call back in a day or two with quote. Haven't heard anything, not even a "sorry we can't do this job". As other reviewers have noted, not really very professional. I ran a family business as well so being a family business AND professional can/should go hand in hand.No excuses.
The two servicemen arrived early, wore mask, had booties were very knowledgeable and most importantly fixed the issue on the first trip. Two other companies viewed the AC units and said they needed to order the parts and never responded to us afterwards. I highly recommend Stanley Ruth Company and will refer them to friends and family.

Technician arrived within the scheduled time frame for HVAC maintenance and took time to explain operating procedures.
Through the wall AC units that Stanley Ruth installed caused severe water damage to structure of brick building. Warning: Don't use this company to install these units!

Hello, While it's difficult to discern where this image was captured, it appears to be at 5 Tudor City. 5 Tudor City is a pre-war building with no condensation drain lines to connect our machines to. The unit we've installed here in the past is a self-contained machine, which means the unit must self-evaporate the condensation produced when in cooling mode. Stanley Ruth serviced my AC/Heating unit in December, 2018. Prompt, effective, efficient and very reasonable.
