I am very pleased with the way my mother always looks very clean and tidy. She enjoys the food which looks appetising and nicely presented. Her room is always clean and tidy. If she is in need of anything I feel she only needs to ask. All of the staff are very approachable.

I find the home very welcoming and all the carers are very kind to my wife. The fact that I am able to have a meal with her whenever I can is lovely. It is reassuring to know the nurses will always contact me if they have any concerns about my wife's health.

My sister loves it at Stanton Court. The environment and the staff are great and meet her needs well as a new resident. She has settled well and is joining in some activities. The home were very welcoming and went out of their way to accommodate her pets outside!

I am unable to visit my uncle very frequently as I live a very long way away but all members of staff are always available to discuss any concerns I may have and to keep me updated on my uncle's care. My uncle's visitors frequently comment on the courtesy they are given by all members of staff. I recently had concerns over several care issues and these matters were dealt with quickly and sympathetically. The manager was able to reassure us the matters raised had been investigated and dealt with.

Mum continues to be happy with her care at her home at Stanton Court. She feels safe and secure in the home and the staff do their best to make her feel comfortable. As close family members, we appreciate being informed of any changes to her health and medical care. It has been appreciated when we have received clear updates on her situation and why changes are being made to her medical care.

When I first contacted Stanton Court Nursing Home, recommended by a nursing staff who usually works there as agency staff, looking for respite for my father, I was impressed by how friendly one of the staff members dealt with my enquiry. I had an appointment with the manager to arrange my dad's respite care there. After 3 weeks respite, I decided that this home was the best care for my dad because all the staff have been friendly, caring and professional and dad is well looked after. Stanton Court Nursing Home have looked after my husband for 3 years. He has been treated with respect and I have no issues regarding his care. There are times when carers have called in sick - but they always respond to requests for help.

Staff are lovely and very caring. I cannot speak highly enough of them. The food quality is excellent. My godmother seems very well cared for and I feel relaxed knowing that she is in good and capable hands. The home itself has a homely feel but is a bit tired- the stair carpet has definitely seen better days and the building and rooms need some investment and sprucing.
