Stanton Court continues its tradition of providing caring and attentive support to its residents. I am very impressed with the progress the new (albeit temporary) manager is proactively making in dealing with issues that were picked up by the CQC and have accumulated over a long period of time. Mum was made welcome into Stanton Court especially pleasing as she arrived in just before Christmas in December 2016 late in the afternoon. This could have been a difficult time to settle in, as a family, we felt the staff were very accommodating in getting to know her and her needs which they have endeavoured to meet. She has relaxed and settled into a new way of life and seems happy and content with how things are going. She very much appreciates the help she receives.

I was very pleased that The Home had a change of ownership in October 2016, as I was seriously considering reporting the old owners to the CQC. I am very hopeful that the new owners will make the very necessary improvements as they have indicated.
