RecommendedI wish I got the name of who I talked to but she was so incredibly nice and helpful! I’m in customer service and appreciate good customer service! First I booked tickets on the wrong day and she graciously helped me get tickets for the right day and then I ended up having to cancel seeing the movie because someone in our group going got Covid. I ended up speaking with the same lady and she was awesome at refunding all of our tickets! And was friendly while doing it! So appreciated!!!
