RecommendedWe frequent this movie theatre. Tonight is Christmas Eve and our movie link (American Underdog) was corrupt- so it couldn’t play. The manager offered to make it right by playing Matrix free of charge for us… then they couldn’t get it to play… so the manager told us he’d pay for our meals, refund our tickets, AND give us free passes. They’re also super short staffed because of people calling in. Giving our waitress a huge tip and props to the manager for going above and beyond! Recommended⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I need to commend the employees at this Baybrook Mall location. They were kind and considerate of our students when we brought them there for a movie yesterday morning. they went above and beyond at making us and our students feel welcome at the movies. They accommodated all of our needs. Thank you very much for your hospitality and gentleness yesterday on our field trip. Working with special needs students is a blessing in itself, but having people help accommodate your students, is an extra special blessing❤️❤️❤️
