We went there on date night this Past weekend 3/11/23 we order a pizza at 9:15pm since movie starts at 9:30 that would be enought time to get it ready and arrive just in time. Well that did not happen. after waiting 50 minutes no PIZZA, we call the waiter and asked about it. Her answer was I am not in the kitchen how can I know! at that we told her to cancel it if it wasnt ready. 15-20minutes later she comes to tell us they never made and she had cancel it. worst service ever!

We love the seats! We’ve been there 3 times and the service is horrible! The food takes forever to get there and their excuse is always that they have large parties and are backed up. There was an occasion where I never received an item and after I told them to just cancel the order because the movie was almost over they still tried charging me for the item! I also recommend to ask for your check when the movie is half way done if not you’ll wait an extra 15-20 min after the movie is over just to pay!

RecommendedEnjoy this very clean and outstanding movie theatre - Been several times and loved everything about it....Today, there was a lack of service...Got there 30 mins early to get our food before the movie started. Food came after the movie started, didn't get our free popcorn until after our food and our drinks were later after our food - I had to call them to bring water and drinks.....I will still come back but you gotta step☺️ up your game if your the only server during the day....
