RecommendedThis was me and my son 2nd time, the first time was great. Tonight was not so great, the movie experience was good. But I had two servers, the first one forgot that I order a pizza with my other entrees. Then the second server comes out and tell me that cooks messed up my order for one of my entrees, i had to wait on both items. Choice are limited, I watched a movie and problem of soon ( sometimes no sound at all ). We told it to one employee, 15 minutes later…nothing. We told it to another employee and same. We have to go out and ask a manager. The guy pause the movie to fix the problem instead of restarting from the beginning …we lost the first half hour and no refund offered.

Food was awful the salad was 90% lettuce not worth the $ and unable to drop my teens off there to watch a movie it isnt allowed. We wont be going back.

The reason we do not allow children under the age of 18 without a parent or legal guardian, is that we want all of our guests to be able to visit our facility and enjoy themselves without the concerns they might find at other venues. Came here for my birthday with my wife. Food order never arrived. asked servers several times throughout movie and nothing. Complained to management with no resolution or refund. Spoils whole experience.

Loved this place until today. My family came for dinner and we have waited an hour and a half for food. Movie is just about over and kids are miserable because they are so hungry.

I want to love this theatre, but the service we have received now three times has been horrible. We even paid extra for pods and my simple order was wrong twice and never could get a drink!
